Description

Valdeon blue cheese is a Spanish cheese made with cow and goat’s milks in the town of Posada de Valdeón. It is made in a family farm where it retains its authenticity and perfect balance of sweet, spicy and earthy flavors. We love to pair this cheese with other Spanish cheeses and cured meats in our charcuterie board.
