Our family has dedicated their lives to supplying chefs with the leading industry ingredients to create Michelin-star dishes.

It all started when Grandma ran out of mozzarella and decided to make her own cheese, for her famous Napoletana Pizza. That four slices of pizza ended up being the best pizza she ever made.

Once all the neighbors tried it, she saw a demand for her Mozzarella cheese and started introducing it to nearby restaurants. It was indeed a success.

 

Since then, we have spent decades building relationships with farmers all around the world to supply our clients with the finest ingredients.

From Emilio’s farm in the south of Italy with the best Parmegianno Raggiano, to Cata’s farm in Colombia, with the best-raised cacao trees. We’ve got it.

Our house became the home of all the specialties and now we are sharing them with you.
