Parmigiano Reggiano is one of our all-time favorites because of its granular texture and distinctive robust nutty taste. It is also known as the “King Of Cheeses” and is named after its origin city, Parma and Reggio Emilia in Italy.

We love to have Parmigiano Reggiano on its own and pair it with a nice cup of red wine. It can also be part of your next charcuterie board and served with cured meats and other subtler creamy cheeses for the ultimate Italian sampling.
