Palacios Chorizo Iberico is a mild chorizo made in La Rioja from a generations-old recipe. The delicious pork sausage is seasoned with sweet smoked paprika – Pimentón de la Vera dulce. The flavor of this aromatic smoked paprika sets Spanish chorizo apart from sausages of any other country. We like to pair this dry-cured meat with our favorite Spanish cheese and a cup of red wine.
