Pecorino Romano is a hard and nutty cheese made from pasteurized sheep’s milk in Italy. The name “pecorino” comes from the Italian word “pecora,” which means sheep.

We love to pair this cheese with pasta and salads as well as pairing it with our Italian cured meats in a charcuterie board.
