Fiordifrutta apricot jam has a pleasantly sweet flavor. It is produced by Rigoni di Asiago , a family-owned and operated business based in the Altopiano di Asiago, a mountain plateau in Northern Italy. We love to pair this jam with cheeses and chocolate but can also be used in yogurt, smoothies, and any dessert.
